KSI, K-Horn Science Incubator whose products contain wide-range for the industrial purposes and consumer usages. KSI’s Creator—Mr. Li-Chang Kuo who gained the result of Power Chip in 1996 after he announced that the advantages of USB. Power Chip which is made by means of the pico-tech for the products of contactless that will be applied in the mankind’s lives today and tomorrow. When Mr. Kuo showed the achievement of Power Chip at “Science & Future” seminar, the audiences who were astonished and shouted that “It’s amazed!” Power Chip was developed originally for the TranSmart card to boost the radio frequency in order to do the transmission of the data for both card and reading device without contact, so that Power Chip was made as thin as the foil or like a membrane by the laminated technology. Nowadays, Power Chip is being developed to use on the architectural materials for reduction the energy loses. In the beginning, Li-Chang Kuo incubated many components such as Jacks, Sockets, Connectors, and Switches for the consumer electronics through KSI, then developed that RF Modulator and RF Transmitter for 3C purposes; and invested that industrial automation for upgrading the production lines; furthermore, designed that home automation for rehabilitation of the disable person. Li-Chang Kuo was the biggest user of insulation materials on Taiwan before 1980, so that he made this kind of lamination product named “Bakelite Plate” or “PCB” to share with the others, he realized that Material Industry should be the most important industry; consequently, Mr. Li-Chang Kuo expressed that new material will be a right direction for the future; he will emphasized on developing this matter for the next generation.

K-Horn Science Incubator abbreviated to KSI, which was founded by Mr. Li-Chang Kuo for promoting the Project Incubator since 1979. And the social responsibility investment (SRI) was consequently promoted by the KSI since 1986. Finally, Mr. Kuo’s concepts of universal concern have become the economic stimulus policies at APEC CEO Summits, and he made many efforts to invent and invest and incubate new industry for creating the new jobs that already became a global great trend. K-Horn Science Incubator

In the past thirty years, Li-Chang Kuo’s K-Horn Science Incubator has been incubating a lot of innovative products and industries. Mr. Kuo brought these things to the world and turned the “Contact” world into “Contactless”, and laid the foundation on the rock for rebuilding a new sanctified earth.

Some questioned that the sake of the name of K-Horn, Li-Chang Kuo, the founder told a very ancient story as following:
Once upon a time, there was a woman named Hannah, who could not conceive to bear a child. In bitterness of soul Hannah wept much and prayed to the Lord, the Lord remembered her, so in the course of time Hannah conceived and gave birth to a son. Hannah named her baby “Samuel”. Hannah said “Because I asked the Lord for my son.” Then Hannah prayed: “My heart rejoices in the Lord; ~the Lord will give strength to his king, and exalted the horn of his anointed.”—This was why “K-Horn” did come from.

Incubator should be able to bear something from nothing, even since emptiness; above mentioned story “Hannah had a son Samuel in a very difficult situation”—reflect what Mr. Li-Chang Kuo ‘s intention was.

Three decades later, the time has proven that Li-Chang Kuo did right thing; he has gotten the feed back when he told to the delegates of APEC CEO Summit in Singapore about rebuilding the global economy by the Incubator in 2009; afterwards, the APEC Leaders’ Declaration said that “We the leaders of APEC, gathered in Yokohama under the 2010 theme of ‘Change and Action’ to articulate our vision of further building and integrating the Asia-Pacific region in the 21st Century, and the paths to realize that vision. The multilateral trading system should be promoted and strengthened. We will enhance the investment environment and regulatory cooperation for innovation in life sciences. We will take concrete steps toward realization of a Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific (FTAAP), which is a major instrument to further APEC's regional economic integration agenda. To this end, APEC will make an important and meaningful contribution as an Incubator of an FTAAP by providing leadership and intellectual input into the process of its development, and by playing a critical role in defining, shaping, and addressing the ‘next generation’ trade and investment issues that FTAAP should contain.”

In addition, APEC will contribute to the pursuit of an FTAAP by continuing and further developing its work on sectoral initiatives in such areas as investment; services; e-commerce; rules of origin; standards and conformance; trade facilitation; and environmental goods and services.

Envision the unknown future, Li-Chang Kuo expressed that path must be rough and rugged, however, by the core thinking of the Incubator—“People through voluntary service to others”, the rough ground shall become level and the rugged places a plain.

Based on the IPR Regulations of Shanghai APEC 2001 on 29 August; on behalf of Chinese Taipei, I, Linda Din proposed that my invention—“The Electronic Store System”—abbreviated as “TES”, Invention Patent No. 165187 issued by Taiwan R.O.C., and the related Patent No: US 6,304,796B1、China ZL00 2 58198.1、Germany Nr.2001 18 249.8、France no 01 11218、Australia No.2001100308、Japan 3077047, and Taiwan 164576、192139、212870、M250259, which was presented in the name of “Global Channel-TES” officially on 4 August at APEC MM 2003 in Thailand in the “Growing the APEC SME Exporter Community: A Business Perspective” seminar to address the needs of Entrepreneurs for strengthening the economic society to help people start a business for solving the jobless problem, to accomplish the corporate responsibility for universal concerns. I’d like to thank the delegations from 21 economic bodies to give me the highest honor—“Best Practice” as I shared with them by the “Global Channel-TES”.

“Global Channel-TES” which was invented by means of the contactless chip card for various transaction and identification fields to create the new industries for new jobs in order to resolve the unemployment issues.

summary of the invention:
The main objective of a global channel system in accordance with the present invention is to provide an electronic store system (hereinafter abbreviated to “the eStore system” or “TES”) that is capable of integrating sales, delivery, transmission and support functions for system-operation of separated electronic stores. Each store has at least vending automation manager (hereinafter abbreviated to VAM) that provides to auto-sell goods, auto-record and auto-transmit the transaction data, auto-print the receipt, auto-deduct and add value stored in a contactless chip card.
Further, the electronic store system is able to collate all transaction data from separated electronic stores, without large numbers of service personnel so the sales and inventory administration for the integrated system can be effectively enhanced.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide an electronic transaction that allows the consumers to purchase goods even when the electronic store is closed. Further, the present invention uses the contactless chip card (to be called as “TranSmart Card”) to create a universal cashless system for free movement of people, goods, services and capital, and helping that vulnerable enterprises gain a better access to the global market.

The Importance of Rich-Taiwan

“There is only a good Taiwan, our lives will thus be worthful!”—This is the word of the founder of the K-Horn Science Incubator(KSI)--Mr. Li-Chang Kuo must reaffirm at the seminars of “Science & Future” or in the related lecture occasions. Mr. Kuo who started a business in 1966, and he was the first Taiwanese supplier by dealing the precision stamping parts with ANVET Inc.—an American firm listed on the NYSE in the later years. Li-Chang Kuo was famous on the fast development of new products, so created thousands of classical components, processing methods, insulated plates, super-fine lead wires, special brass and PBS coils to share with his country people for achieving the common prosperity. Taiwan will be a navigator of the era of new economy in this upgrading tide. Mr. Kuo said that, “Even though this world is quarreling between two powerful nations, but it is the biggest chance of Taiwan!” Mr. Kuo expressed that “Just put it into practice and follow the trend, the Project of incubating Rich-Taiwan will be succeeded.” The triple-win result of “People have jobs, Enterprises have profits, Governments have treasuries” will be accomplished; moreover, Taiwan can be the most important contributor of the world peace.

TranSmart Card & TRD

TranSmart Card & TRD

“TranSmart Card” is a contactless chip card which will be appied to the world-wide and made updating all of the facilities of transaction ana identifiication. “TRD” is a reading device for the TranSmart Card, the “T” includes two meanings that are “Transaction” and “Transmission”. TRD has another name “Toller” which means “for payment or income”.

For approaching the goal of mission to resolve the jobless problem, Li-Chang Kuo and his wife Linda Din announced “Creating New Industry for New Jobs” since 1986, and decided that the orientation of “New Industry”—to invent the RF Transmitter of Contactless-Tech in 1989, and proclaim their concept at the international conferences since 1992. TRD is specified as two requirements, one is for long-distance usage like “Toll Station”, another is near field communication for micro-transaction—this initiative has become a mega-trend after Mr. Kuo and Mrs. Kuo participated at APEC 1997 in Vancouver, Canada, and then earned the bill of “E-Commerce” at APEC 1998 in K.L. Malaysia as Linda Din played a role of keynote speaker. Moreover, Linda Din won the best practice at APEC 2003 in Thailand, the TRD (Toller) became a well-known reading kit which applied-tech “RFID” (radio frequency identification)—one of contactless-tech also became famous and accepted by the world-wide.

Li-Chang Kuo--the founder of Taiwan’s Precision Industry brought TranSmart Card to the earth and to the world; nowadays, TranSmart Card shown by the diversiform cards which were being applied for the fields. This week (Nov. 10), there was a Straits Financial Seminar held in Beijing, President Liu who was behalf of Taipei EasyCard Company declared that “Taiwan has issued 22 million EasyCards; average RMB 1 for each was consumed in one day.”—it means that Taiwanese spent RMB 8.03 billion on EasyCard per year, exchange rate 4.5 to New Taiwan Dollar that should be NTD 36 billion per year. Liu also mentioned that EasyCard can be applied on both Taiwan and Mainland China at the seminar—this recalled that there was detail description in the book “A Daughter of National Defense Employee”—written by Linda Din and published in July 2001; And Li-Chang Kuo who went to Beijing in 2002 for many time to proclaim the same idea. The top level offices of Beijing suggested Mr. Kuo to run the pilot exercise in Chengdu; consequently, they went to Chengdu doing the due diligence in July 2002, and signed a “Working Trust” on 6 August, 2002 in Beijing, the Authority of China had permitted President Linda Din of Panhornic ComMec Holding Co., Ltd. who may be able to issue 1,200 TranSmart Cards for investing USD 600 million to run the pilot of 60,000 eStores in Chengdu, and install the ICT Control Center in Taiwan to make a paradigm, then radiated to the world-wide for implementation of the “Global Channel-TES” to resolve the global unemployment issues.

Unfortunately, the Investigation Bureau of Taiwan involved this “Solve Jobless Plan” in September, 2002 to interfere that Panhornic’s Business, and then, the falsely accuses of criminal came as the furious storms to Kuo and Din, and eventually Linda Din was overwhelmed by the besiege of the entity of corruption who were combined the tycoons and public sector. Since 1986, Linda Din predicted that a jobless problem will come over the world, so she invented that Transmitter as the reading device of contactless chip card. Mr. Kuo put it into practice for accomplishment of everything that Linda desired to approach. After they received the result of RD, Linda Din officially proposed a “Project Job Incubation” at Taipei City Hall on 24 May, 1999, and took one year to teach those officers recognizing what the TranSmart Card was? Why it’s called Contactless Transmission Smart Card? Why it’s so easy to use? And it’s no need approving by the Legislative, nor by the Parliament. Taipei Government can receive a big sum of money to do their affairs just issued the cards by themselves. However, Panhornic Company was broken in by the burglary to rob the RD results and the technology documents and all computers on 27 January, 2001.

Afterwards, the attacks came in often and often until Linda Din was beaten down to the ground, fallen into the valley of deadly shadow, even though, the corruptive entities still proceeded their persecution to the woman who has only one thought—“To implement the mission of resolving the jobless problem”. Finally, we can see that TranSmart Card has become the best tool of electronic payment and popular to the whole world in 2010. Those who have been done the persecutions by using the authorities should be aware of the great trend, because God will repay the wickedness who will receive the curse and punishment—‘it’s same as the Isaiah 3:11, “Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them! They will be paid back for what their hands have done.”

It’s my honor to inform you that I will attend the APEC CEO Summit 2009 in Singapore for the year’s theme—“Rebuilding the Global Economy”—a Proposal booklet of mine has been mailed to the Host. It’s my honor to contribute a new economy model—“Global Channel-TES” for rebuilding the global economy. The core thinking of TES is “One eStore One Business One Job” that tailor-made for creating jobs to those most in need.

“Global Channel-TES” Proposal had been officially submitted by Linda Din when she invited as a keynote speaker at APEC MM 2003 on 4 August in the "Growing the APEC SME Exporter Community II” to win the best practice of strengthening the economy society and helping 240 million people to start a business.

Since a fury storm invaded the world economy to make the economic plague, and to result a serious jobless problem; the universal concern of creating new industry for new jobs has eventually been accepted. We could not rescue that plague and problem by the industries of financial, aerospace, automobile or by IT any more, but by “Micro Business”-a voluntary corporate social responsibility practice in business operation to bear the derivative value chain for the technologicalization of traditional industries to revive the free movement of “people, goods, services and capital”.

“Global Channel-TES” is a multilateral trading system consists of “VAM and Micro Busiiness” to be an “Electronic Store (eStore)”, and to construct “The eStore System (TES)” that specially for the flow of people, goods and investment.

VAM is “Vending Automation Manager”, means an equipment of auto-selling manager, a main component of TES, Intellectual Property Right (IPR) No. US6,304,796B1. The concept of VAM is upgrading the traditional vending machines to be electronic/ informational/ automatic, it is of three major functions: “1. print receipt for pay-tax, 2. auto-reply, 3. by Contactless TranSmart Card ”.

I strongly suggest updating those 20 million vending machines in the world to be VAMs to bring the business opportunity more than USD 200 billion for “people have jobs, enterprises have profits, and governments have taxes”.

Recall that when I was 13 years old, my father was persecuted by government to put in the jail, so that I must start my business to found “Cheng Kuang Metal Works” in Tainan, Taiwan; and to do business with Transworld Electronic Co., Ltd.

Mr. John Lane, the founder of Transworld Electronic was from USA, who brought the ideas and purchasing orders to me that let me be rich from extremely poverty. So I’d be able to lay the foundation of Precision Industry on Taiwan, and then Transworld Electronic was updated to “AVNET Inc.” to list on the NYSE.

In the past years, the United States giving lots of benefits to Taiwan, especially to the private sector; consequently, I’d like to contribute the Pilot Exercise of Global Channel-TES to run in America, then radiated to the world for reviving the economy.

In January 2007, we’ve been in the United States to do due diligence, and completed the evaluation on 19 November 2008 to confirm that “California” is the best place for pilot run, because California is the fourth economy body in the world, GDP more than USD 1.8 trillion, with the excellent infrastructure.

We can see the mini-shop as arrived in the San Francisco Airport, it shows people already accept this kind of concept of auto-selling the goods in addition to the soft drink in California. Therefore, this area should be the best place for pilot exercise.

The immediate effect of pilot run should get the 7.4 million sets of vending machines be updated to VAM in US, the result will be USD 3.1 billion tax receive from the existed revenue of USD 38 billion. Ten thousand dollars help one family; one hundred thousand dollars help one enterprise.

“Global Channel-TES” is ensuring that small entrepreneurs and SMEs can access the multilateral trading system and participate in for selling their products out the markets, and benefit from global trade and investment.

Due Diligence in California, the result as bellows:

1	Assume that one eStore for 1,000 residents in the pilot exercise, it means 36 million residents in California can install 36,000 eStores, USD 50,000 per unit output will produce the revenue of USD 1.8 billion.
2	US’ GDP around USD 14.4 trillion, it means the GDP of California more than USD 1.8. trillion—a sufficient market for running the pilot. There will be 1,892,000 eStores able to install in US for creating 1,892,000 job opportunities.
3	If run the pilot of 10,000 units succeeded in California, then, the model can be radiated to the global market to stimulate a rapid recovery of the recession.
4	The area of California is 403,933 Km2, 1,240 Km from north to south, 402.5 Km from west to east.
5	The route approximate 700 Km of pilot run will be from Sacramento, Silicon Valley to Los Angels and Orange County.
