KSI: K-Horn Science Incubator

K-Horn Science Incubator abbreviated to KSI which was founded by Mr. Li-Chang Kuo for promoting the Project Incubator since 1979. And the social responsibility investment (SRI) was consequently promoted by the KSI since 1986. A lot of achievements have been made by the K-Horn Science Incubator to lead the traditional industries turning into technologicaliztion for the need of 21st century.

At first, the products of the Satellite Receiver and Cable TV were developed by the KSI to resolve the recession of the 1980’s; secondly, the automation were promoted by the KSI to the industrial fields for upgrading the production lines in the 1990’s; thirdly, the Project Incubator had become a national incubation policy in 1996 to affect the direction of the knowledge-based economy, Taiwan had also avoided the 1997’s Asia Financial Crisis because of this innovative policy.

Panhornic ComMec Incorporation was incubated in 1998 to complete the RD result of contactless-tech, and develop various related products which were applied today to form the intellectual industry. However, Li-Chang Kuo has been persecuting by the entity of corruption in the past decade because of his social responsibility investment, but he still insists what is good and keeps up with it to go forward.
 

Li-Chang Kuo’s K-Horn Science Inc. has run many successful models so that he was admired as “the Angel”, especially, the recently years, he’s been proclaiming that SRI (social responsibility investment) must be implemented in order to set up an economic society of righteousness for rebuilding the global economy after the crisis.

Finally, Mr. Kuo’s concepts of universal concern have become the economic stimulus policies at APEC CEO Summits, and he made many efforts to invent and invest create new industry for creating the new jobs that already became a global great trend. K-Horn Science Inc. has also become a new style venture capital for approaching the goal of Rich-Taiwan and for the world economic recovery.
