Li-Chang Kuo who have been emphasizing on promoting the SRI, Social Responsibility Investment for more than two decades. Mr. Kuo contributed the way of rebuilding the global economy at APEC CEO Summit 2009 in Singapore, he proposed that a project of rebuiliding the America-- “IIA-TES” which means “Invest in America for the economic stimulus” at the first step.

Mr.Kuo advocated to update that existing vending machines to the VAM & eStore and form a “Global Channel-TES” for helping the goods of vulnerable enterprises access the global market—this vital action plan will be able to create two million jobs in the United States of America.

Li-Chang Kuo started his business in 1966 when he was 13-year-old because his father was persecuted by the Taiwan’s tyrant to the jail, he produced the eyelets to American firm and created the industry of precision in Taiwan in 8 years, so that he was admired by the Prime Minister Chiang Ching-Kuo in 1974 as “the father of the Precision Industry of Taiwan”. Kuo was invited by his client to New York, U.S.A. for development of the Satellite Receiver and Cable TV in 1979, he found out that Incubator—people through voluntary service to others in order to reverse the bad situation, Kuo proclaimed this kind of uphold spirit in Taiwan and earned that National Incubation Policy, and his innovative industry for creating new jobs has become a great trend; especially, after the unprecedented crisis, his contribution has been proven as the feasibility of resolving the unemployment issues for achieving the common prosperity.

When the end of the election in November in the US, President Obama might be accelerant on taking action for “IIA-TES” to help people return to their working positions.The Call from heavenly Father might be implemented one day in the near future.
