After the flood

In the day before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage; they totally ignored the changing of the great environment.

Suddenly, the light had been darkened by the clouds, the roaring of the sea, the raging water devoured those who were still in the sweet dream.

The day after the flood, the land has laid waste that can not bear to be seen.

Leaders gathered at summit to figure out how to rescue the survivals, they were looking for a rapid recovery program; they astonished at discovery of  a TRP (Trade Recovery Program) which was submitted at APEC 2003 in Chiang-Mai Thailand by a lady—Linda Din who came from Taiwan, Chinese Taipei.

She was invited as a keynote speaker by Australia—the founder of APEC, she spoke at the meeting in the beginning: “After serious impact of SARS, it is an important curriculum for the APEC SME exporters and governments. How to build a safety and effective new economy model to stimulate regional economy ?”

Silence in two seconds, she looked around the rectangle table which full of delegates, and said: “Here, I’d like to introduce a new ‘Global Channel-TES (The eStore System)’ which is able to achieve as followings:

1. Create new business channel for exporters

2. Invention－New IPR (Intellectual Property Rights)

3. Electronic Commerce－B to B / B to C model

  4. Technologicalization of traditional industries and

Intellectualization of technological industries.

5. Incubation of Micro business  (500,000 business opportunities)

6. Create new job for women－one eStore one business one job

7. Safety and effective  (Cashless and Auto-Transmission)

8. Hygiene and environment protection (Contactless Technology)…”

After the storm and raging water of financial crisis, Leaders’ Declaration concluded: “To undertake the TRP for the pilot exercise in 2009!”

Above mentioned item 7 and 8 were the Legislative Yuan passed a bill of electronic payment on 13 January 2009. The use of the stored-value cards that will require “TRD (Transaction Reading Devices)”; particularily, Linda Din owned a patent certificate of TRD that issued by the Republic of China.

Since 2002, there were companies tort-used to install over ten thousand sets on markets of the Island; however, she was persecuted and accused by the fabricated charges, and almost put to death.

Now, the season of reaping has come! We’ll call on the criminal entity of corruption for repentance; because TRD which was invented to create new jobs.

The proposal of the economic stimulus submitted at APEC 2003, that admired as the best practice of strengthening the economic society to help 240 million people starting their business for resolving the jobless problem; because the proposal of the RD results, IPRs, tools, solutions, executable steps, and affirmed that is a multilateral trading system around 21 economy bodies.

On 7 August 2003, Ministers of APEC welcomed Australia’s proposal for a research project to evaluate options for the more effective identification and monitoring of impediments to SME export activity. Ministers encouraged all member economies to co-operate and actively participate in the project.

The preparation of preventing the flood should be ready in enough time; however, no-one could be possible to predict that corrupt entity will disobey the world pledge.

When the Chiang-Mai Address appreciated by the delegates, we thought that implementation of simple idea: “everybody has job and each family has bread!” can be accomplished step by step.

We thought that a half million jobs can be created smoothly to reach our hands for the unemployment women.

We thought that 700,000 small businesses can have the purchasing orders from us.

We’re totally wrong! Those who transacted their souls with the devil, they considered that “none realized what is disobedience of the world pledge”! there were no mercy on the people who will be devoured by the raging water.

Anyone who supported this SRI (social responsibility investment) for Rich Taiwan, they must be “visited”, or received black mails, or summoned to the court.

In the room of court, the officer of the Island showed the patent certificate with the national flag of ROC, he said: “This is fake!” heard this kind of words, my breath almost shut!

Greed which has caused the flood of human desires to the distress, and the most serious financial crisis that exploded ultimately.

At APEC CEO SUMMIT 2006, I proclaimed that issuing 1.7 billion contactless smart cards, one card stores USD 50 to raise SRI Fund of USD 85 billion for the general implementation of best practices to prevent the financial crisis, to improve the impbalance of economic development, to reduce the poverty, and to achieve the common prosperity.

I continually promoted this SRI Fund when I was invited by the APEC CEO SUMMIT 2008; the time has come to run the pilot for the structure reform.

In 2009, the bill of e-payment has been passed for the Golden Net, and  heading into a new era with vastly added functions for application of the stored-value cards.

More and more people realized that our TRP is a Golden Net which consists of the “Global Channel-TES” for resolving the jobless problem; by means of a pico-tech to expand the usages for the multi-purposes.

We decisively determined to rebuild the green green grass of homes on the land from the famine and ruins.

After the flood, the economic stimulus will be no longer counting on the industries of aerospace, automobile, finance, IT, but on a new industry named “Micro Business”.
