Solve Unemployment

Solve unemployment” means to create new jobs for resolving the jobless problem of someone.

In the early 1986, my honey who held our 5-year old son in her arm stand at the front of my face, she said that I want to start a business to solve unemployment!

This young housewife, Linda Din took her Vespa to go visiting the factories of audio/video manufacturers immediately in Taiwan to bring the purchasing orders back without my agree.

Soon, she provided 100 jobs to the unemployment by producing the audio/video connectors which I developed for my customers in 1970.

And soon later, she improved the processing method to gain a patent certificate of AV Connector, which can be assembled just by two hands without macines.

Her market expanded promptly from local to the worldwide, not only in advanced places like Japan and European, but also India and Turkey.

Her equipment for marketing extension was by a used typewriter; she put the white paper in position to punch the black words out, then loaded by the envelops to mail them at the post-office. --That’s all!

The miraculous was that she always received the positive feed-backs to have the purchasing orders for those who in need.

She provided that jobs to those who demanded jobs; and provided that cash to those who required money for starting their business, because she said that “one success will benefit five; only one thing we should do is mercy!

She also said that “those who can afford their meals should have mercy on the ones who are nothing to eat!

The ratio of economic growth of 1986 in Taiwan was 37.85%, and then led Taiwan’s money like water that was over ankle-deep.

The GNP (Gross Nation Productivity) of Taiwan was swiftly increased, the exchange rate NTD to USD from 40:1 flying to 25:1; this circumstance was to accelerate the movement of MNCs (Multi Nation Corporations) from Taiwan to the countries of cheaper labor power.

Linda Din very concerned this kind of industrial-movement; she consequently put much efforts to figure out that remedy was “innovative industry” which means to create new industry for new jobs.

Because tremendous new jobs will be borne by new industry.

In the late 1989, Linda was interviewed by the reporters of the Economy Daily to announce that “developing the RF Transmitter!

What is RF Transmitter? Nobody knows!

But, Linda Din decisively believed that a contactless technology will be required by new industry to drive a monetary revolution, RF Transmitter is the key component!

Then, the revolutions of industries, channels and employment will be coming after the monetary revolution for the technologicalization of traditional industries to create new jobs.

Linda Din started her suggestions to the government since 1992 at conferences of addressing the needs of SMEs; until 1997, she officially submitted a proposal named “Stored-card Substantial Circulation Chamber”.

Unfortunately, the Department of Economic Affairs rejected this proposal; one of judge criticized that “ridiculous”! Another arrogantly said that “Stored-card? Oh! That’s absorbing the money!

As we saw the regulations of electronic payment (e-payment) have been passed by the governments recently, I must pray to God to act justly for 12 years wasted by the wicked.

Afterwards, Linda Din went to APEC 1997 in Vancouver, Canada’s Loise said that “Oh! Linda, you provide a technogical micro business.” Minister John Manley said that “what a good idea to flow the merchandises!

Linda was continually to make speech at APEC1998 as a keynote speaker for proclaiming that “how to solve unemployment by new industry”, and gained the bill of “Electronic Commerce”.

The delegates declared that “this bill will benefit one hundred million small businesses”.

When she took part in the APEC 2000, she suggested putting the communication in the middle of IT to be “ICT”.

And then, she received the best practice of “strengthening the economic society” when she is addressing the needs of SME exporters at APEC 2003 as a keynote speaker.

Linda Din reaffirmed that “people deserve jobs to make for living—this is a basic human right; a serious consequence of disaster will come after unemployment—people’s homes will be lost as jobs shed, businesses will be consequently shuttered, and then recession to cause that aid groups will be short of the donations!”

She repeated that “one eStore one business one job is a total solution to provide the vital way out for people, enterprises and governments”.

She said that “people and enterprises have the obligations to serve their nations, the governments must respect the privileges of their people and enterprises, and they should be like the fellow workers of unity as public-private partnership (PPP) to create a happiness society.

The delegates admired that “Surely, President Din’s TES (The eStore System) is a golden net of resolving the jobless problem will benefit 240 million people who trying to start their businesses, not only a global channel”.

I, Li-chang Kuo who started my first business—Cheng Kuang Metal Works in July 1966 when I was at the age of 13-year old; and founded that Black Stone Company in New York on 13 March 1979 to develop the components of satellite receiver and cable TV for stimulus of the recession after second energy crisis.

I have had enough experiences to talk about “how to stimulate the economy!” Therefore, I reviewed some of Nobel Prize winners and comparison, Linda Din’s best practice was much better than those economic winners’ theory; Linda was not to invent a theory, but put it into practice. I believed that happiness society will be rebuilt when the general implementation of her best practice.

Although, the criminal entity of corruption raised a war to besiege Linda for years like locusts devoured her harvest; however, her universal concern of “solve unemployment” has become the main stream value of new age.
