Prosperity, when shall it be returned? The answer should be as simple as bellows:

1.      Let people return to their working positions.

2.      Let the factories running again.

3.      Let the products circulating in the markets.

4.      Let the young entrepreneurs earning the money.

Then, it will make prosperity returned in good karma to revive the economy for resolving the jobless problem. For approaching the goal, we must get the “Golden Net” implemented.

A consequence of this great depression was from the greed of human beings. Recall that I came to Taipei in 1982, and decided that no more found any business; yet, I taught the secret of managing the precision industry to someone else. The most beneficiary was a low end doll company, their unit cost reduced immediately from over ten dollars to one dollar, thus, they still closed their Taipei plant and moved to the cheaper nations to seek for the unit cost of 35 cents greedily.

This kind of greed to cause five thousand unemployment populations in Taipei in one night, let us realize at once that a serious disaster will be happened by this “Industrial-movement”.

Therefore, we started proclaiming “SRI (social responsibility investment)” to invent the Contactless Technology for creating new industry, expecting to drive the revolution of industry, channel and employment from monetary reform, promoting to eliminate the unemployment by “Technologicalization of Traditional Industries” and “Intellectualization of Technology Industries”.

We carried this new industry to the Vancouver APEC in 1997, Canadian friend said: “You provide this technological micro business will be a hope for those most in need.” Then, we gained a bill of E-Commerce at APEC 1998, and won the best practice of strengthening the economic society at APEC 2003.

We proposed on 24 May 1999 at Taipei City Hall to plan installation of two thousand eStors (Electronic-Store) in Taipei Metropolitan for pilot exercise, and then to radiate this example to the world for unemployment elimination.

However, the burglary broken into our company on 27 January 2001 to steal all of our RD results, to cause us ceasing the investment in building plant of Taichung Harbor, and to adjust the orientation for funding from NASDAQ.

As the matter of fact, we presented our RD Result publicly on 2 June 2000, the pilot exercise in schedule should be completed before 2007, and the preparation should be ready by the resources of private sector before the fury storm of financial crisis.

Unfortunately, the criminal entity of corruption combined with public utensils to attack us. Our energy reduced in every attack, and we almost put to death eventually.

When I participated the APEC CEO SUMMIT 2006 in Hanoi Vietnam, someone concerned that “what happened in your best practice?” Our experience thus spread out at the meeting, and it received the response of leaders as “You’re persecuted!...”

In the APEC CEO SUMMIT 2008, leaders declared that Lima Anti-Corruption Declaration, they concluded: “Corruption in both the public and private sectors is a serious threat to social and economic development in the region. We recognize that when criminal entities collude with corrupt public and private sector officials, it results in a culture of impunity and financial exploitation of the legitimate economy. We agreed to leverage our collective will to combat corruption and related transnational illicit networks by promoting clean government, supporting public-private partnerships, fostering market integrity, and transparent financial systems. We recognize that the criminalization of corruption can facilitate greater regional cooperation.”

The economic development must be hooks by hooks! We recognized that the harm of “Industrial-movement ” and “Money Game”, and took 15 years to complete new industry to prepare a new era of “everyone has job, each family has bread”. We fell short of success only forgot to take account of the criminal entity of corruption. But, we believe that “The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the light of day.”

In the words of scripture, “The time has come!” Repent for the common prosperity, or down to the recession, they all depend on our choice.

Now, the restoration of prosperity neither counts on the budget of 800 billion dollars, nor relies on the defective policies; but on “People through voluntary service to others!” Because Prosperity should not be given, but earned.

Although, APEC 2006 had a conclusion: “expedite the best practice!” Because the criminal entity of corruption was still rampant and furious; consequently, we did due diligence in California of USA to layout a route of 700 Km for running pilot exercise of Golden Net in the past two years, in order to resolve the jobless problem.

Due to more than 7 million sets of the existed vending machine in USA, just like the kerosene lamp; by means of VAM which is like the electric lamp able to replace old by new for establishing a new economic era.

And one thousand eStores which are constructed by two thousand VAMs, pilot exercise for upgrading more than 7 million sets of VAM, this estimates to increase the tax of 3 billion dollars for government. The most importance is: “to flow the goods of the factories, to return of investment of young entrepreneurs, for one success benefits five.” Afterwards, the happiness society will come through Golden Net.

The investment of USD 200 million should be required to produce the profit around USD 700 million.

The investment has been divided into 2 million units, USD 100 per unit, to welcome the warriors of implementing the economic reform in participation, to create 5 million job opportunities by people’s power.
